  Tho' I have no particular problem with T-Mobile nor with their corporate color, magenta, their retail stores (both contractor- & company-owned) are a real turn-off for me. All of the visual elements -- lighting, displays, signage -- seem harsh and genuinely uninviting...and this comes atop the annoying sense that they're more worried about 'shrinkage' (theft) than with helping customers choose the right device. However, I must say that the staff in this location have been good about answering my questions, even when put to the test with arcane subjects like getting a temporary SIM for foreign tourists. Bravo, for that. :-)
